UK raw black metal. The guitar work is the star here -- surprisingly thoughtful, melancholic arpeggios and forlorn leads, with moments of dark, punk-like simplicity that remind me of later Rudimentary Peni. Obviously, a project that takes its name from a Judas Iscariot album probably doesn't aim to break any new ground, but as far as straightforward, traditional black metal circa 2018, you're unlikely to find better.
