Terry Riley - Le Secret de la Vie (1974)

Mystical, largely synth-based compositions by legendary experimental composer Terry Riley. I've never seen Lifespan, but if this is the soundtrack, it's gotta be good.

Track listing:
1. G Song
2. Mice
3. Slow Melody in Bhairavi
4. In the Summer
5. The Oldtimer
6. Delay

Curved air

  1. Looking forward to this one. Been meaning to listen to more Riley recently, eg beyond the 60s/early 70s works that I'm familiar with. This fits the bill perfectly - thanks!

    1. I'll put a link here, but a few months after I made that post, I got copyright complaints on both the DL link and the post (that pretty much never happens, it's always one or the other) and an angry email from Mr. Kobialka himself, who was convinced that I ran some for-profit mp3 download site that I'd never heard of. Pretty ridiculous, but I figured if he cared so much, I'd just take it down. It's a really, really great album though, so here: https://mega.nz/file/xJxk0SZb#Ae0j_SUPLhHVlOpwU7XZdJFGKiemQOxebfDxeiBfH34
