Lard - The Last Temptation of Reid (1990)
No one seemed to give a shit when I posted Pure Chewing Satisfaction a while back, but I'm gonna keep at it. Lard is Ministry as fronted by the ever sarcastic and satirical Jello Biafra -- a combination that works way better than you might think -- and both of their LPs are classics of thrash-y, politically-inclined industrial metal. At times, The Last Temptation gets a little too wacky for its one good, but the metal bits are killer.
