Circle of Ouroborus - Abrahadabra (2012)

Related:
Rahu - The Quest for the Vajra of Shadows (2012)

Woozy, lo-fi Finnish experimental black metal. Guitars and keyboards form a muffled haze under mid-paced drums and half-sung/half-moaned vocals, creating a genuinely unusual, mysterious, melancholic, undeniably drug-fueled sound. Circle of Ouroborus are a world unto themselves, and their dense discography can be a bit intimidating, so if you've been looking for a way in: this was mine.

Track listing:
1. Conspiracy
2. Breathing Slowly
3. These Days and Years to Kill
4. Remembrance
5. Six Hands
6. Like Silent Meadows
7. Dementia Praecox

Visions of the dead serpent
